So, Lapis may or may not have made contact with the Summer Court before that mess in the Athenaeum happened. All we’ve got is Ignatius’s side of it — he was looking for her by name, said she was willing to desert — but Peridot says Lapis didn’t tell her anything about running into any Summer Fae and seems convinced Lapis wouldn’t be stupid enough to make a deal like that.
